Skull Of Teach by Alchemy Gothic P480 (curb link chain version)
A necklace inspired by Edward Teach AKA the pirate Blackbeard. A pewter skull pendant is inscribed with 1718, and a small plaque on the inside reads "Edward Teach killed 21st Oct 1718". The pendant hangs from a triangle bail on a curb link chain, and fastens with a lobster clasp and 4.5cm extender chain.
The back of the pendant and the bail are stamped with the A circle logo. The necklace was originally produced from 2007 and was discontinued by Alchemy around 2008 and not reissued since then. There was also a version on a rounded darker tone curb link chain produced.
This piece is stock from a shop that closed down in the late 2000s so it would have been produced between 2007-2008.
The necklace is brand new in the original packaging. This piece has been in storage for many years and the packaging may show signs of this. Each bag has been opened to confirm the item's condition, and for photos to be taken. Please see photos for details.
All photos are originals of the actual piece except for stock pictures which are taken from Alchemy's website or catalogue scans.
The necklace is approximately 29.6cm long and measures an approximate 54cm circumference. The pendant is 3cm long by 1.8cm wide. The pendant is made of good quality English Pewter and the chain and fastenings are stainless steel.
