Chiroptera by Alchemy Gothic P316 (PS316)

A round pewter pendant, with a silver bat on black enamel. The pendant is strung on a snake chain and fastened with a lobster clasp with extender chain. This style of necklace was popular in the late 90s - early 2000s, influenced by cyber/futuristic aesthetics and 6 different pendant designs were produced by Alchemy.

The back of the pendant is stamped with 2001, the A circle logo, Made In England and Alchemy Gothic rose logo. The necklace was originally produced from 2001 and was discontinued by Alchemy around 2003 and not reissued since then.

This piece is stock from a shop that closed down in the late 2000s, making it an original vintage item.

The necklace is brand new in the original packaging. This piece has been in storage for many years and the packaging may show signs of this. Each bag has been opened to confirm the item's condition, and for photos to be taken. Please see photos for details.

The necklace is approximately 23cm long and measures an approximate 39cm circumference, with a 5cm extender chain. The pendant is 2cm. The pendant is made of good quality English Pewter and the chain and fastenings are stainless steel.
